ShieldLine performs passive security assessments of publicly visible assets (websites, IPs, business emails) and, with written authorization, deeper assessments. We provide reports, fixes, and monitoring. Our free scan uses only public data — we do not exploit or break anything.
You may only submit assets you own or are authorized to assess. Deeper assessments (penetration tests) require a signed authorization agreement before we run them. Scanning someone else's systems without permission may be illegal — don't do it, and we won't help you.
Plans are billed monthly or one-time via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your client portal or by emailing us; you keep access and reports until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partially used periods, but we'll always credit genuine service issues.
Reports reflect what was visible at the time of the scan. Security changes constantly — a clean scan is a snapshot, not a guarantee. Monitoring reduces risk; no service can eliminate it.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShieldLine's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Reports and content are yours to use for your business. Our site, branding, and software remain ours.
